📦 Archiving content
⚙ How to archive content?
You can archive an article, a diagnosis, or even a collection by following this procedure.
Click on the three dots "..." next to the content status
Choose "Archive"
The following message appears "You are about to archive 1 item. Are you sure you want to continue?"
Confirm by clicking “Archive”
✅ And there you go, your content is now archived!
🔎 How to find archived content?
Find all your archived content at the bottom of the table of contents of your tree structure:

Once in the archives, the list of archived content and collections is available:

Within this list, you can:
See the title of the content, its archiving date, the author of the archiving, the root collection, and the language(s) of the content
Consult an archived content or collection
Search for archived content
Filter by content type, archiving date, author of archiving, or root collection
Select content and delete it permanently in bulk
🔁 How to restore archived content?
Go to the archives of your knowledge base
Click on the content you want to archive
A red banner appears
Choose "Restore content"

⚙ How to restore multiple content at once?
It is also possible to restore multiple content at once from the archive list.
To do this, go to the archive list:

Select multiple contents;
Click on "Restore" above the table;
Choose in which collection of the knowledge base you want to restore the selected contents;
Confirm the restoration;
And there you go, your contents are now restored to the selected location!
❌ Deleting One or More Contents
⚙ How to delete content?
If the “Hide delete option” setting is enabled:
If you want to prevent accidental permanent deletions, you can hide the delete option on contents or collections.
To do this:

Go to admin preferences.
Section “Content settings”
Option “Hide delete option”
Enable
From now on, permanent deletion will be impossible when navigating within contents and collections.
It will only be possible from the archives.
If the “Hide delete option” setting is disabled (default):
Warning: Deleting content is permanent
You can delete an article, a diagnostic, or even a collection by following this procedure.
Click on the three dots “…” next to the content status
Select “Delete”
The following message will appear “Please type "DELETE-SELECTED-CONTENTS" to confirm deletion. Otherwise, please close the modal.”
Type exactly the message “DELETE-SELECTED-CONTENTS” in the box
Click the “CONFIRM” button

✅ And there you go, your content is now deleted!
⚙ How to delete multiple contents at once?
It is also possible to delete multiple contents at once from the list of archives.
To do this, go to the list of archives:

Select multiple contents
Click on "Delete" above the table
Confirm deletion
And there you go, your contents are now deleted!
