🔍 Check the installation
After completing the installation, it is important to perform checks to ensure that the connection has been made correctly.
To perform this check, follow these steps:
Open a ticket on Zendesk;
Refresh the page;
On the right side of this ticket, open the "Applications";
📸 View access to your Zendesk applications

Check that the Mayday application is present in your applications, it can sometimes be at the bottom of the list of applications.

✅ If the application is present: the connection is successful! You can now use Mayday on Zendesk and create automation rules.
