🔍 Check the installation

After completing the installation, it is important to perform checks to ensure that the connection has been made correctly.

To perform this check, follow these steps:

  1. Open a ticket on Zendesk;

  2. Refresh the page;

  3. On the right side of this ticket, open the "Applications";

  1. Check that the Mayday application is present in your applications, it can sometimes be at the bottom of the list of applications.

If the application is present: the connection is successful! You can now use Mayday on Zendesk and create automation rules.

If the application is not available: repeat all the actions in the "Integrate Mayday with Zendesk" section above on this page.
