How to update an already created workshop?

👉 What is a workshop?

A workshop is a live training session, scheduled at a specific date, and intended for one or more participants.

Workshops allow you to train your learners on synchronous sessions, which can be led by a trainer.

👩‍🏫 Workshops notably simplify the scheduling of your in-person training:

Thus deploy with the Mayday Academy a blended learning by combining your in-person training but also your e-learning modules to be completed independently.

Take advantage of the benefits of each modality to offer a more flexible, engaging, and effective learning experience!

How to modify an already created workshop?


1⃣ Go to your Mayday Academy administrator interface

2⃣ Click on the "Workshops" tab

3⃣ Hover your mouse over the workshop in question then click on the three dots to the right of the workshop card

4⃣ Click on "modify"

5⃣ Make the changes you want to make on the workshop modal

  • Modify the information

  • Add or remove guests

  • Add or remove training content (modules)

You can click on the different sections in the left sidebar to go faster

6⃣ Notify the guests of updates made if you wish. Depending on the cases:

  • Added learners will receive an invitation notification

  • Deleted learners will receive a cancellation notification

  • Existing learners will receive an update notification

7⃣ Click on "save"
