๐ What is a workshop?
A workshop is a live training session, scheduled at a specific date, intended for one or more participants.
Workshops allow you to train during synchronous sessions, with other learners, and led by a trainer (in-person, but also remotely).

๐ How to view and access your upcoming/past workshops
1โฃ Go to your Mayday Academy interface.
2โฃ On the homepage, you can view "Workshops" in the top right box your upcoming and past workshops.
Modules completed in workshops are not visible in the tabs โin progressโ, โnot startedโ, or โcompletedโ, reserved for e-learning modules.
Modules in workshops remain accessible from the "Past" tab in the "Workshops" box on the homepage.

You can enlarge the "Workshop" box by clicking the "Arrow" icon at the top right corner of the box.
3โฃ You can access the modules by clicking on the respective workshop and then on the icon next to the module title.

Modules are unlocked and accessible to learners only on the date of the workshop.
Before this date, learners see a message indicating that it will be unlocked on the workshop date.

You can find modules in upcoming and past workshops by searching from the search bar.
4โฃ You can also find your workshops via the invitation notifications received by email and/or in the Mayday interface (depending on your settings) sent by your administrators.
You will also be notified if the administrator deletes and/or modifies the workshop information, if they wish to inform you.
