They will also be able to choose to leave anonymous feedback in case of dissatisfaction:
This menu will open and they will be able to write and send you feedback:
📈 Analyze satisfaction rates
Feedback will appear within 24 hours in the Mayday Hub as a card to be processed:
You will also have visibility on the satisfaction rate for each content in the Dashboard:
