✍ How to Customize Your Ask Mayday Assistant (for Mayday Selfcare)
Follow these steps to configure your assistant according to your needs:
Access the Mayday admin center and go to preferences
Navigate to the "AI Settings" section in the left menu
Click "Configure" to access advanced options
Select "Edit" on the "Ask Mayday" card
Choose "Configure" on the public assistant (the one that appears on your Mayday Selfcare)
Write your custom instructions describing the desired behavior, tone to adopt, and your organization's specificities
Validate your changes then test your customized Ask to ensure it responds as expected
Save your configuration once you're satisfied with the result
Activate the assistant to deploy it on your user spaces
