To link your Intercom account with your Mayday account, follow these steps:
Activate "
Features" ;Click on "
Connect with Intercom" ;A window will open, click on "
Authorize access"The Mayday application is now installed on your Intercom account! 🤩

💡Tips: change the position of the Chrome extension panel!
This allows you to move the panel to the left and therefore, on Intercom, not to hide the right sidebar with all the customer information.
