🔍 Check Mayday installation on Intercom

After completing the installation, it is important to perform checks to ensure that the connection has been made correctly.

To perform this check, follow these steps:

  1. Open the "Automations" menu on Mayday;

  2. Click on the blue "+" icon at the bottom left of the page;

  3. Click on "Import attributes":

    • If the attributes are available, the integration is successful

    • If the window remains indefinitely loading, the integration has failed. We invite you to start the process again from scratch. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact your Mayday contact, we will be happy to assist you!
