Discover in detail the specifics of each preference:
🌍 Select a language
Sets the interface language between French 🇫🇷 and English 🇺🇸 🇬🇧.
The chosen language is saved and will remain the same until changed.
It applies to:
The Mayday interface.
Emails sent by Mayday.
💬 Full title
Allows you to display the full titles of your content.
If this option is not activated, long titles will be truncated by an ellipsis (...). The full title will be displayed when hovering over the mouse.
👁 Open articles in the main view
Allows you to open articles within the extension itself.
If this option is not activated, articles will open by default in the modal.
🔠 Select the font size of the content
Allows you to choose the font between 4 sizes: small, normal, large, very large.
📍 Select the default position
Modify and define the location of the extension between the 4 corners of your screen.
The default position will be adapted to each content URL on which the Extension is open.
🔄 Reset
Allows you to open the extension with a reset journey, the home page / tree of your knowledge base will then be displayed.
If this option is not activated, the last content viewed will be the one offered when reopening the extension.
⌨ Keyboard shortcuts
Allows you to activate keyboard shortcuts to copy/paste the content of an article/diagnostic or to close a modal more easily.
📐 Resize the extension window
Once in the "Preferences" section, click on the "<->" symbol to create a click/drag movement to modify the width of the panel:
When viewing content, it will be possible to enlarge or shrink the extension window:
