👋 Create your Mayday account
You will receive an email from an administrator inviting you to join Mayday:
👉 You just need to click on the invitation link.
The invitation isvalid for 7 calendar daysafter which the link is disabled.
🔐 Create your personal access
After clicking on the invitation received by email, you just need to register your credentials to definitively validate your Mayday account.
✅ Automatically completed fields:
Email address;
Name of your company.
✍ Fields to be completed:
First name;
Last name;
Password;
Check the box for the general conditions.
💡Our recommendations for creating your password:
Use at least 12 characters;
Include 4 types of characters (lowercase, uppercase, numbers, special characters);
Do not use personal data (first name, date...).
Your access is personal and must not be shared with a third party.
📲 Log in
After setting up your credentials, you can now log in to your Mayday account. 🤩
Several authentication methods are available:
Email and password: by entering your email address and the password defined during registration or the last reset.
Google account: if your email provider is Google, you can log in with one click via this button.
SSO: if the administrators have configured this type of access upstream with the Mayday technical team.
Your connection remains active for up to 14 consecutive days unless you log out of Mayday or turn off your computer.
🌍 Install Mayday Widget
Once your account is created, we invite you to download the Mayday Widget (one of your Mayday interfaces in addition to the full-page interface, Mayday Desk).
The Mayday Widget extension is a panel that you can open and close at any time to access the knowledge base in the right place and at the right time!
The Mayday extension can be used on the following two browsers whose procedures are presented to you below with video tutorials:

Download the Chrome application by clicking on "Install Chrome extension";
Click on "Add extension" ;
Pin Mayday to hold it directly in the extension bar;
Exit Google Chrome ;
Relaunch Google Chrome ;
Open a new tab "

Click on the Mayday extension to open it.
You can now log in to your Mayday account! 🤩

The extension can be opened from any Google Chrome page.
You can open/close the chrome extension with a simple keyboard shortcut: cmd (ctrl) + shift + k
Prerequisites: the extension must be pinned to your extension bar in order to easily access the knowledge.
