🟨 The most suitable format is the article format!

Informative content refers to all content that does not contain a procedure and is intended to:

  • Present a specific subject or theme.

  • Provide information to expand the advisor's "knowledge" to better meet the needs of clients.

The article format allows information to be structured in a simple way and made accessible to advisors on a single page.

📖 Examples of informative content

  • Information about the company: product sheet, customer service, speech, brand image, organization chart, market...;

  • Presentation of a subject;

  • Presentation of a sales argument;

  • Quickly usable memo sheet for the advisor;

  • Current documents: newsletters, urgent information...

  • Training materials to promote the skills development of advisors!

🧠 Tips from Mayday's Knowledge Managers

Tip #1

  • If the article content is too dense, we recommend that you make a diagnosis to break down the information and make it more easily usable by your advisors or create a clickable table of contents at the beginning of the article to allow advisors to go directly to the information they are looking for!

Tip #2

  • Create redirection links within your procedures to these informative contents.Advisors who need to clarify a point can refer directly to it and then continue with the procedure.

Tip #3

When you publish a current document, we recommend that you simultaneously send a notification directly related to the content to your advisors, to inform them in real time! → More information on @send notification

Tip #4

  • Create a collection to centralize all information related to the company and advisor training, to promote their continuous training and expand their overall knowledge of the company!
