👋 What is a plugin?
A plugin is a small module that can be activated or deactivated globally on Mayday to provide new features on your knowledge base.
⚙ Where to configure them?
To configure your plugins on Mayday, you need to have administrator access that allows you to manage settings.
Go to the "Plugin Catalog" section on the settings page. You will find all the plugins available on Mayday.
Each plugin can be enabled or disabled on your entire knowledge base. It's up to you to choose whether you want to enable it globally.
They can be enabled or disabled on a platform-by-platform basis: Desk, Widget, Zendesk.
