👋 Create your Mayday account
The creation of your Mayday account for your company will be done by us.
After participating in your first onboarding workshop, we will send you your access so that you can set up your personal credentials and navigate freely in your knowledge base.
You will receive an email inviting you to join Mayday:
👉 You just need to click on the invitation link.
The invitation is valid for 7 calendar days after which the link is disabled.
🔐 Create your personal access
After clicking on the invitation received by email, you just need to save your credentials to definitively validate your account.
✅ Automatically completed fields:
Email address;
Name of your company.
✍ Fields to be completed:
First name;
Last name;
Password;
Check the box for the general conditions.
💡Our requirements for creating your password:
Use at least 12 characters;
Include 4 types of characters (lowercase, uppercase, numbers, special characters);
Do not use personal data (first name, date...).
Your access is personal and must not be shared with a third party.
📲 Log in
After setting up your credentials, you can now log in to your Mayday account. 🤩
Several authentication methods are available:
Email and password: by entering your email address and the password defined during registration or the last reset.
Google account: if your email provider is Google, you can log in with one click via this button.
SSO: requires prior configuration between our technical teams and yours.
We use the SAMLV2 protocol to set up SSO connections.
Our technical teams are at your disposal to assist you in this configuration.
Your connection remains active for up to 14 consecutive days unless you log out of Mayday or turn off your computer.
