🎛️ Manage users

📕 Presentation

Discover on this content how to manage all your users!

Invite your collaborators to collaborate on Mayday (Administrators) or to consult and use the knowledge base (Advisors) to boost your customer service.

The "Users" section gives you access to the number of users whose invitation to create a Mayday account has been validated.

These users therefore have a Mayday account and can consult the knowledge base.

There are two types of users:

  • Administrators (or "admin"), who have a role in contributing directly or indirectly to the creation and/or management of the knowledge base.

  • Advisors (or "agents"), who have a role in consulting the knowledge. They do not have access to the administrator interface.
