✅ Confirm notification read
When you receive a standard notification in the dedicated tab of your Desk interface, a blue dot appears on the right of the notification:
This dot means that you have not yet read the notification. To confirm its reading, you must perform one of the following actions:
Click on the notification;
Click, if applicable, on the “View content” button.
One of these actions will cause the blue dot to disappear, and inform the senders of the notification that you have indeed acknowledged the message!
Urgent notifications do not have a blue dot. Indeed, we assume that their specific display inherently involves acknowledgment of the message.
If you have the widget enabled, when you receive a standard notification, a blue toast appears. You will need to click “Read” to notify that you have indeed read the notification.
