Configure your suggested questions by language
🤔 What are these suggested questions for?
Suggested questions allow you to start a conversation with a public AI agent in one click, by highlighting the most frequently asked questions by your users.
📍 Where do they appear?
Suggested questions are displayed in the conversation with your public AI agent, according to the configured interfaces:
📖 When opening your Knowledge Bot on the FAQ
💬 On the homepage of your widget, and when opening the “Discussion” tab of your Selfcare widget
⚙ How to configure them?
Go to your public knowledge base: Settings → Configure → Suggested Questions

➕ Create a set of questions
You can:
🧩 Define a common set of questions for all your collections
🎯 Or customize a set of questions by collection from your public knowledge base
Suggested questions are set at the level of each public knowledge base.
Thus, if the same public agent is used on two distinct knowledge bases, the AI agent will display in the conversation the suggested questions corresponding to the concerned Selfcare base.
🌍 Management by Language
It is possible to configure a set of questions by language.
Depending on the language of your Selfcare or the one used by your users on the widget, the suggested questions will automatically appear in the corresponding language.
⚠ Pre-requisites
Before configuring the suggested questions, make sure that:
🤖 A public AI agent is indeed connected to your public knowledge base
🧠 The product Mayday AI Selfcare is activated on the concerned interfaces (FAQ and/or widget)
