To ensure that your knowledge on Mayday is always reliable, up-to-date, complete, and optimal for reading, we are leveraging AI proactively.

This feature allows Mayday to automatically detect relevant information — or "insights" — directly within your content, without the need to engage your AI agents.
Instead of manually searching or asking the AI to audit your base, the system continuously identifies specific points of attention for you.
This enables you to maintain impeccable quality and act quickly on your content.
🤔 How does it work?

Insights are displayed directly on content when the AI detects relevant information applicable to it.
Here are the current operating rules:
Contextual Display: Insights appear on the concerned content as soon as they are detected.
Linguistic Scope: An insight is always linked to specific content and a specific language. Therefore, an insight may apply to content in language A (e.g., French), but may not appear on the same content in language B (e.g., English).
Deep Analysis with AI: You can ask the AI agent named "Knowledge Insider" to analyze these insights in more detail.
Attention, only the agent Knowledge Insider allows interaction with these insights. This is not possible with other Mayday agents or customized agents.
💡 Types of available insights
Currently, the system can alert you in the following cases:
Content that has received new feedback.
Content never read.
Content among the top 1% most viewed.
Content among the top 1% most edited.
Content experiencing a significant drop in views.
Content previously read but no longer viewed today.
Thus, you benefit from valuable information without any research effort.
⚙ Accessing the feature
Access to this feature is conditional upon the activation of AI agents on your Mayday account. These insights will only be visible if this option is active.
⏭ What's coming soon
We continue to enrich this feature to offer you even more control and visibility:
New types of insights: Development of duplication detection and obsolescence detection (when content is deemed obsolete).
New plugin on the Administrator homepage: A plugin on the homepage of the admin center will summarize, for a given knowledge base, the number of contents concerned by each type of insight. This will provide you with a global overview without having to visit each content individually.
Recommended actions: Action buttons will be available directly next to the insights, such as the ability to unpublish potentially obsolete content with one click.
