Comment area in a Mayday Article


🪄 Use cases

🎯 If you need information of approbation of a colleague on a specific subject, just ask in the comment area!

💬 Analyze the discussion and thread so that you can understand explanations of the process.


👩‍💻 How to use it?

  • Just open a comment area and start typing

  • You can assign people using this feature

  • You can upload a file, modify or delete your comment.


For the moment you can only consider opened comment but soon you’ll be able to find solved and deleted content on different tabs of the feature.


🙈 Internal Notes in Mayday Hub

NEW FEATURE | Add your comment on a task without responding to the agent

Internal notes will be very helpful for you if you want to collaborate across agent feedbacks in Mayday Hub. Instead of always responding to agent, just start typing an internal note before assigning it to a teammate.

  • Open a card in the Mayday Hub

  • Click on “Add note” and start writing your internal note

  • Click on the button to post your note

  • You can edit or delete all your internal notes


🔗 Attachments in notifications, feedbacks and threads

NEW FEATURE | Add attachments to agent feedbacks, notifications, and threads in the hub

Introducing the feature you've been waiting for: file attachments on Mayday! Whether it is an agent providing feedback on a content, an admin sending a notification, or chatting back and forth in the Mayday Hub, attachments can be added to provide more information and context.

📣 When sending a feedback, agents can now include attachments to provide more details such as screenshots or relevant PDFs

📤 Include files in the notifications you send to agents if you need to give additional context or details

👩‍💻 How to use it?

  • When sending a feedback, click on “Add” next to “Attached File” to add an attachment

  • When sending a notification or responding to a feedback in the Hub, click on the 📎 to add an attachment

  • If necessary, attachments can be deleted

  • Up to 3 files can be uploaded per request

We understand agents are busy, so we've made it easy for them to access root collection contents right from their homepage.
