🌍 Deleting a version of content
The language selector has been optimized for more intuitive use. Now, deleting a specific language version is no longer done via the language dropdown menu, but directly from the actions menu “…” at the top right of the content. This action lets you remove the selected translation while keeping all other versions of your content intact, without having to go through the language selection menu.
💬 Text selection within a block of content
Text contained in blocks inserted into other content is now fully selectable with the mouse by agents, whether on the Desk, the Widget, or the Zendesk app. This improvement removes a technical limitation and allows agents to copy, paste, and reuse these contents as easily as native text, with no distinction.
✅ Bulk publishing of collections
Bulk publishing of collections now extends to the entire hierarchy of those collections. Previously limited to the parent collection and its contents, this action now includes all contents of sub-collections at once, no matter how deep they are. This update lets you update complex structures in a single operation.

👁 Zendesk Macro Preview
You can now preview the content of a Zendesk macro directly from the Mayday app on Zendesk before inserting it. This feature lets you instantly check if the macro is relevant to the customer case you're handling, avoiding any mistakes. This option is available exclusively on the Zendesk app, where one-click macro insertion is enabled.
