👋 Introduction
Welcome everyone 👋
A new production release packed with updates to manage your Mayday Academy contents as well as their access.
What's new ⭐ :
🔐 Three-level access model: precisely define the Academy access level for each role — Administrator, Learner, or No access.
📚 Labels for learning paths: extend the categorization of your contents by associating labels with your learning paths, just like with modules.
🏷 Content restriction: control which modules and learning paths each role can view and modify using a label-based rights management system.
🎛 Mayday AI interface control: hide the microphone and conversation history directly from the AI Agent Hub.
Let's dive into it all 👀
🎓 Mayday Academy
🔐 Precisely define the Academy access level for each role
You can now choose, role by role, the access level for Mayday Academy: No access, Learner or Administrator. For administrator roles, three permissions further refine the assigned rights: Editing, Assignment, and Content scopes.

📚 Learning paths can now be labeled
You can now associate labels with your learning paths, exactly as you already do for your modules. This is a key step for organizing your catalog and applying consistent content scopes across all your Academy resources.

🏷 Manage Academy content access with label-based granularity
You can now precisely restrict which modules and learning paths are accessible to each administrator role using a label-based rights management system.
Define distinct content scopes for modules and learning paths, with an inheritance logic that simplifies large-scale management.
